Day 1: Journey to Cusco
Arrive in Cusco and immerse yourself in its captivating atmosphere. After some time to relax and adjust to the altitude, set off on an afternoon guided walking tour that brings the city to life. Begin at the lively Plaza de Armas, where history meets vibrant culture. Admire the exquisite colonial architecture of the Cathedral and explore the sacred Qorikancha, once the most important temple of the Inca Empire. Continue to the picturesque San Blas district, with its artisan workshops and charming narrow streets. Day 2: The Sacred Valley of The Incas

In the afternoon, board the Vistadome train for a scenic journey to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll spend the night in preparation for your visit to Machu Picchu the following morning.

Day 3: Wonder of the World: Machu Picchu

Day 4: Arrival and Jungle Lodge Adventure
Leave Cusco in the morning, where your private driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for your flight to the Amazon.
Arrive in Puerto Maldonado and transfer to the port for a scenic boat ride to your jungle lodge. Along the way, take in the lush Amazon rainforest, spotting exotic wildlife such as birds and monkeys. Once at the lodge, enjoy a welcome drink and check into your comfortable bungalow. In the afternoon, take a guided walk along nearby trails, learning about the local flora and fauna. After dinner, experience a night walk to discover nocturnal animals and insects in their natural habitat.

Day 5: Lake Sandoval Exploration and Wildlife Viewing

Day 6: Canopy Walk and Monkey Island
Start your day with a thrilling canopy walk, where you’ll explore the treetop walkways for an unforgettable view of the jungle from above. Afterward, visit Monkey Island to observe various species of playful monkeys in their natural environment. Return to the lodge for lunch, followed by an afternoon at leisure to enjoy the lodge’s facilities or relax in a hammock. In the evening, embark on a river night safari by boat to spot caimans and other nocturnal wildlife along the riverbanks.

Day 7: Departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before your return boat trip back to Puerto Maldonado. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a quick visit to the local market to pick up souvenirs or taste some regional fruits.
